Refund & Cancellation Policy – Radio Rays

Our goal is to provide clear, fair, and transparent terms for all service bookings with Radio Rays.


1. Service Booking

When you book a service, a technician may be scheduled based on your location, the type of service required, and availability.
You will receive confirmation once your appointment is booked.


2. Cancellations

You may cancel your appointment by contacting us before the scheduled service time.

Free Cancellation

You can cancel at no cost if the technician has not yet been dispatched.

Cancellation Fee May Apply

A fee may be charged if:

  • The technician has already reached your location
  • Work has already started or tools have been set up

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if the request is made before the technician is dispatched.

If a technician is already en route or on-site, rescheduling may incur a visit fee.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to prepaid services.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service has not started
  • The technician was unable to complete the job due to reasons on our side
  • We cancel the appointment for operational reasons

Refunds may not be applicable if:

  • Installation was already completed
  • The customer purchased incompatible or faulty equipment
  • Issues arise from damaged, defective, or poor-quality third-party devices
  • Access was not available at the scheduled time (locked premises, no-show, etc.)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.


5. No Warranty on Third-Party Products

Radio Rays does not manufacture or sell hardware.
Any warranty, defect, or performance issue related to third-party devices (radios, cameras, accessories, etc.) must be addressed directly with the seller or manufacturer.

Our responsibility is limited to the installation service provided.
